Stories Of Surprise
At Marshalls you never know what you're going to find, but you know you're going to love it. In a word, Marshalls is surprising. So for their 2016 Fall campaign, we decided to tell short stories, showing viewers that no matter who they are, at Marshalls there's always a surprise waiting for them.

On our social channels we asked people to share what they found in store using #MarshallsSurprise. What we didn't tell them is that the surprises wouldn't stop there. In a two month period we selected a user post every week, concepted a video, produced it and shared it back to them.
The videos not only served as an awesome one-to-one reward for our fans, but also spread the message to millions of people online, as they out performed all of Facebook's viewer benchmarks.
